Vote Simpson for Bardstown City Council

Councilman Bobby Simpson fills in as mayor pro tem in the absence of the city’s mayor during a recent meeting of the Bardstown City Council.

“I have lived here in Bardstown all my life, the proud son of Gladys Dennis Simpson and the late Marshal Simpson. My wife Carol and I have been married for 56 years and we have four children: Cindy Hutchins, Terri Adams, Melinda Monin and Robbie Simpson. We are the proud grandparents of nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Fourteen years ago I retired as Director of Operations from Salt River Electric.”

“I pride myself on being a hard-working, honest and fair man. I understand the importance of being a good listener and a team player. I have worked to keep taxes low and keep Bardstown an affordable place to live and raise a family. I want to continue to work for the good of the City of Barsdtown, and I would consider it an honor to work closely with you again to preserve the safety and future of Bardstown for the people today and for the generations to come. On November 4, please remember to pull lever No. 8 to cast a vote to return Bobby Simpson to the Bardstown City Council.”
